We feel the right proudness of creating a first in Gebze which is located next to Istanbul, as being one of the most important industrial zones of Turkey; with its infrastructure, roads, parks, social and cultural studies. Gebze is up for a total change in almost every area with its , more than half a millon inhabitants.

With Gebze Shopping Center Project which has an appeal to both Kocaeli and Istanbul's nearby locations; we aimed to bring a new breath by meeting the needs of the region in the best ways possible.

Gebze Shopping Center, which is development and investment performed entirely by Doğuş Real Estate and its construction started in August 2008; adds value to the region and its surrounding both economically and socially.

PLANNED PROJECTS

MASLAK HOLDING BUILDING

Demolition works of the existing building in Maslak that is owned by Dogus Holding had been completed. Conceptual Architectural Design was undertaken by English Architecture firm HOK. Entire monitoring process including project management and permit processes are being carried out by Doğuş Real Estate Company.

KARTAL SHOWROOM AND HOME OFFICE PROJECT

Kartal Project is being developed neigbouring to the Kartal Urban Regeneration Area that is aimed to become one of the newest and the most popular residential areas of Istanbul. The project is located very close to the key intersection points of the main roads, air, sea, underground network that will potentially solve the main problems of Istanbul's transportion and will be close to Istanbul's new financial and trade center that is planned to be located in the region.

Project development works of the showrooms and the home-office block on this land is ongoing.
